OPN-Door Communications was founded to meet the communication needs of families, private businesses and the public sector. We accomplish this by assessing your situation. Upon completion of your assessment, we provide you with your own OPNDoor Toolbox.

Who We Are
Welcome, I am Vickie R. Williams and I am the Executive Director of OPN-Door Communications.
I hold a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Elizabeth City State University and a Master’s of Public Administration from Old Dominion University.
I am a Certified Mediator with the Virginia Supreme Court and currently hold the following certifications: Family Circuit Court, Family JDR, General District Court, and Mentor Status. I am also certified to deliver the Conflict Dynamics Profile which is a world-renowned instrument that provides the client with information on their “hot button” triggers.
I believe in Communication. I believe that the ability to Communicate effectively is a powerful tool.
Everyone wants to live and work in a positive and respectful environment. The challenge is that we Just Do Not Know How!

Community Involvement
OPN-Door Communications strongly believes in giving back to the community. OPN-Door Communications supports voter registration, voter empowerment, restoration of civil rights and cancer awareness. The Executive Director of OPN-Door Communications is a 9 year breast cancer survivor and subscribes to the belief that if you have faith in an higher power, you are tenacious about your care and you know that you have purpose that you can annihilate cancer!!
